This Privacy Policy describes how Utopia S.r.l. (Utopia, we, our) processes data in connection with the Meta Horizon application “MulyiPlayer1”.
MulyPlayer1 is a virtual reality / mixed reality application for Meta Quest devices. The app may
use Meta Horizon platform features to enable local multiplayer sessions and shared spatial
alignment between authorized users/testers in the same physical environment.
Meta Horizon User Data
We may process Meta User ID and basic Meta user profile information where required by the
Meta Platform SDK.
This data is used only to:
– identify authorized users/testers within the app;
– allow users to join the same multiplayer session;
– support shared spatial anchor functionality;
– associate shared spatial anchors or session data with the correct users/devices.
Device User Data
The app may process device-related data required for VR/MR functionality, including headset
pose, controller or hand interaction data, spatial anchor identifiers, and spatial alignment data
required to position virtual content in the physical environment.
This data is used only to:
– align virtual objects in the same physical space for multiple users;
– enable shared spatial anchor functionality;
– provide the core VR/MR experience of the app.
How we use the data
We process the data only for core app functionality, including multiplayer participation,
user/session identification, spatial alignment, and shared spatial anchor features.
We do not use Meta Horizon User Data or Device User Data for advertising, marketing, profiling,
resale, or unrelated analytics.
We do not sell user data.
Data sharing
We do not share Meta Horizon User Data or Device User Data with third parties for advertising,
marketing, profiling, or resale.
If the app uses only local Unity networking and does not use external cloud multiplayer
services, no external multiplayer service provider processes this data on our behalf.

If future versions of the app use external service providers, such as cloud hosting, multiplayer
relay, analytics, or backend services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Data retention

and maintenance, comply with applicable legal obligations, or resolve technical issues.
Spatial anchor data and related identifiers may be stored or managed through Meta Horizon
platform services as required by Meta Platform SDK functionality.
